Hello, I’m Tracy Sterling, qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and I am so glad you found your way here!
I created the Emerge 12 Week Weight Loss Hypnotherapy Programme after working with hundreds of women in my clinical practice and seeing a recurring theme: so many incredible women battling with weight loss struggles were rooted in damaging emotional eating, trapped in an endless cycle of harmful yo-yo dieting and crippling low self-worth. Over and over again I would hear these amazing, admirable women, say the same words to me:
“I feel like such a failure”
What these women all had in common
They were so focused on self-blame and judging themselves that they couldn’t see how wonderful they really were - how hard it is in today’s society to live up to expectations; juggling every aspect of this modern world but still feeling not “good enough”. However - it was not their fault because what they didn’t know was losing weight is never about the food alone!
Using my training and qualifications in Psychology, Counselling and Clinical Hypnotherapy, I developed unique methods to address the real challenges behind weight loss—those tied to our fatigue, past trauma, childhood and family eating behaviours, mindset, stress, hormones, emotional triggers, medication, injuries and health diagnosis’, past relationships, negative self-talk and poor self-belief.
Time and time again, I witnessed how my tools and methods transformed lives, helping women not only lose weight and reach their goals but also build healthier, more compassionate relationships with food, themselves and their families.
It quickly became clear to me that my approach was lifechanging for these women.
And there began Emerge
This journey is not about quick fixes or surface-level changes. It’s about diving deep into the authentic, raw truth of your relationship with food, your body, and your emotions. Together, we’ll unravel the patterns, beliefs, and habits that have held you back for years and replace them with new, empowering and transformational behaviours instead.

What’s Included?
TWELVE WEEKLY 1-1 APPOINTMENTS
Each week you will have a 1-1 appointment with me where we dive deep into the psychological, emotional and lifestyle reasons of your weight loss struggles. These sessions are designed to uncover and remove any mental blocks that have been holding you back from achieving your weight loss goals. Things like emotional eating patterns, past traumas tied to self-worth, or limiting beliefs such as “I’m such a failure” or “I don’t deserve to feel good about myself”
It’s important to note that 99% of weight loss clients are unaware of the mental blocks holding them back until they are under hypnosis and I ask them the question. Once we are aware of what they are - that’s when the truly transformative work can begin where we replace these old, negative beliefs with new, empowering suggestions instead for your mind to act upon.
Each week we introduce a new focus for your subconscious to transform whilst continuing to reinforce all of the previous weeks’ work. Not only do we work on unwanted eating behaviours and emotional triggers, we install new, healthy habits for drinking water, moving your body and preferences for healthy, low calorie foods. If you choose to, we can embed a dislike for chocolate or other sweet, sugary treats.
Every weight loss programme is unique, because every woman’s relationship with food and eating behaviours is unique. Your first appointment lasts two hours so that together we can create your ultimate treatment plan crafted to your individual needs.
Each hypnosis session is recorded and sent to you for you to listen to every day in-between your appointments, continuing to strengthen and deeply embed the positive suggestions.
2. EMERGE WEIGHT LOSS JOURNAL
When you register you will receive instant access to your Emerge Weight Loss Hypnotherapy Journal. This journal is your constant companion on your exciting journey to a new, confident and happy you. It is your dedicated space to track your journey, stay organised and reflect on your progress throughout the entire 12 weeks of the programme.
Each week is thoughtfully structured to guide you through your transformation with weekly meal and exercise planners, daily trackers, journal prompts, reflection spaces, motivation scores and weekly round-ups to celebrate your wins and set intentions for the following weeks.
This journal is your tool for growth, accountability and self-discovery. Use it daily to stay engaged and inspired and remember to approach each day with kindness and compassion for yourself.
3. PRIVATE WHATSAPP OR TEXT SUPPORT
Never feel alone on your weight loss hypnotherapy journey with private 1-1 support from me, 7 days a week, throughout your time on the programme. This isn’t just about accountability - it’s about having someone in your corner who truly understands the highs and the lows of weight loss.
Whether you’re having a tough day, need guidance with your hypnosis practice or simply want to share a win with someone who will cheer alongside you, I’m there to offer encouragement, answer questions and provide expert advice. This programme is not a diet or a quick fix solution. It’s a deeply personal journey that addresses the psychological and emotional roots of weight struggles, such as emotional eating, low self-worth and limiting beliefs. Rather than focusing solely on what you eat, we work together to reprogramme your mindset and create lasting sustainable changes.

The Emerge Weight Loss Hypnotherapy Programme is $1500 for 12 weekly hypnotherapy appointments, your journal and 7 day messaging support for the entire 12 week. Your first payment is $120 which books your first two hour appointment. and the remaining balance is due on that day.

You can pay via credit card, debit card or bank transfer or cash, whichever you prefer.

Your first session is for 2 hours as we take the time to really get to know your own unique circumstances. Subsequent appointments are for 1 hour with around 30 minutes of that spent in hypnosis.

If you need to reschedule a session all you have to do is give 24hours notice and we can reschedule to a time that works for both of us.

It reprogrammes your mindset around food, self-belief and habits and dissolves old, negative blocks so you can make lasting positive changes easily without having to rely on willpower alone.

Absolutely. Hypnosis is a natural and relaxed state of focused awareness. You’ll always be fully in control and aware of what’s happening. It’s simply a state where your mind is more open to positive suggestions and change.

Yes - as long as you want it to! Everyone goes into hypnosis themselves on and off throughout the day when driving, watching tv, listening to music, reading, doing anything creative … hypnosis is a completely natural state and the only thing that would prevent you from going into hypnosis is your own choice not to. There several different methods to help guide someone into hypnosis depending on how easy you find it to relax.

Yes, this programme is designed to fit into even the busiest lifestyles. The weekly appointments are online so you can do them from the comfort of your own home and there is availability between 8am and 8pm 6 days a week so the opportunity for all schedules. Listening to your recording daily takes just 30 minutes and can be done anywhere as long as you are uninterrupted.

All you need is a pair of headphones, a smart device and a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted for the time during your appointment.

I made the decision to take Emerge online after Covid in 2020 when I lived in the UK and we were in lockdown for a year. I noticed that all of my clients were much more relaxed and able to go into hypnosis quicker. Similar to white coat syndrome, coming into professional offices in an unfamiliar setting left some people feeling nervous, on edge and unable to relax. Whereas at home in their own familiar and comfortable surroundings they were much more at ease. There were no fights with traffic, having to factor in travel time and could wear pyjamas if they wanted. Working online also allows the programme to be accessible for anyone around the world to take part - it makes no difference to the experience as all you need to go into hypnosis is to hear my voice. However, if you would prefer to carry out your appointments face to face and live close enough to do so, you can contact me via e-mail to arrange before booking your first appointment.

I want to sign up - what next?
Sign Up To The Emerge Programme
Click any of the Sign Up Buttons on this page to be taken to my online calendar where you can book your first weight loss hypnotherapy appointment. This first appointment will last two hours where subsequent appointments will be one hour. Appointments are available Sunday through to Friday from 8am until 8pm and all appointments are online.
Once you have completed registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail. It will include your appointment details, the Zoom meeting link and details of how to reschedule to another time if you require to. This e-mail will also include the payment link for this first two hour appointment, which is $120.
Your will then receive a second e-mail which will contain a consultation form and your 12 week Emerge Weight Loss Programme journal which you will use daily throughout the programme to track progress, reflect on hypnosis sessions and any other important information throughout the 12 weeks. You bring your journal to each of your 12 sessions.
2. Prepare For Your First Appointment
Fill in your consultation form and return via e-mail at least 48 hours before our first meeting.
Print your journal and have a read through to familiarise yourself with the contents so you can ask any questions you may have.
All you require for your appointments is your journal, a smart device and a pair of headphones.
3. Attend Your First Appointment
Check your Zoom Link is working ten minutes before your appointment time. If there are any technical problems - don’t panic, you can send me a message and we can arrange to Skype, Facetime or Whatsapp video call instead. This will be a two hour session so make sure you are in a quiet space you won’t be disturbed for the duration.
At the end of this appointment the remaining balance is due via your choice of either credit card or bank transfer and then we book all of your remaining 11 sessions.
